 A Football player said to me one time, "I was crippled for three moths and on the flat on my back in the hospital. All the time in the I was in the hospital I imagined myself on the ballfield playing football. I lived the scene and felt in my hart that my stay in the hospital was only temporary."
 He had a remarkable recovery. The key to his perfect health and recovery was that, while incapacitated, he was always picturing in his mind the perfect functioning of his mind and body in the game of life. If he said to himself, "I am crippled, I am incurable, it is hopeless," he would still be a cripple in the hospital. When it seems reasonable and logical for you to be well, get well, and stay well, you will be healed. You may use a crutch for a few weeks, but you know in your hart and mind you will walk again.

Hard Work is Not the Answer to Wealth and Success
 A man may work very hard 14 or 16 hours a day, but if he fears that he will fail or if he has a guilt complex and feels that he should be punished, it will be done unto him as he believes. The law of life is the law of belief. A man may be completely dishonest in certain directions from a worldly standpoint and actually deny the Presence of God; yet there is no law which says that he can acquire wealth, provided he believes that he will be a success and that he will be wealthy. Then, according to his belief, is it done unto him. The dishonest or the wicked man garners his own sufferings and the results of his thinking the same as the honest and so-called good man. The Great Law is absolutely just and cannot give good for evil, or evil for good. All evil ultimately destroys itself.

Disease Originates in the Mind
 Psychiatrists and psychologists delving and probing into you deeper mind have demonstrated that you are not aware of these inner patterns; not having placed them there knowingly, many persons assume that they do not have them; then they establish alibis and excuses of all kinds to justify themselves. Dr. Phineas P. Quimby proved 100 years ago that the body as it is moved upon, the body acts as it is acted upon, and that it has no volition, no self-conscious intelligence, and no activity of itself. The body is characterized by inertia, and you can write on it a melody of love or a hymn of hatred; it is an emotional disc upon which you play your emotions. If you sever a part of your body and place it on a shelf, it can't suffer from disease although it undergoes decomposition. The reason a severed limb cannot suffer from disease is that it is separated from mind.

 The great deception operates from many angles; there are those who blame the devil for their problems and suffering, yet there is no such thing. The word "devil" means living life backward. Spell "live" backward, and you have "evil." The ancient Hebrew mystics said that the devil is the one who tells lies about God, one who slanders or tells lies about the truths of God. Good and evil are simply the movement of man's mind relative to the Living Spirit within him, which is God.  Your mental beliefs are the only cause, and whatever you think, feel, believe, and accept as true in your mind is the only cause in your world. You should remember constantly that it is done unto us as you believe. Feel and rejoice in the Presence of God within you; that is the only thing that counts in your life. Tune in on the Infinite One within you, honoring this Presence as supreme and sovereign in your life, and you will find that all things will work together for good in your life.

Why the Flame of Fire Could Not Burn Him
 H. T. Hamblin, the late editor of Science of Thought Review, Chichester, England, related to me an incident of two planes, one British and the other German, which had fought in the air near his home. One of the planes fell and crashed into the meadow in the flames. The young pilot was not touched. He told Mr. Hamblin, who had been praying for his security, "I knew I was falling, and I wasn't a bit afraid; on the way down-I don't know how to tell you, but something change inside me, and I knew I could not be burned or hurt in any way." A man can be in an exalted state of consciousness, living in higher dimensions of thought, and water will not drown him or fire burn him.
 In the Book of Daniel, The incident mentioned above is corroborated. Three men-Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego-were thrown into the midst of the fiery furnace. "Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God." The "Son of God" refers to the Presence of God in each man which can save him from any predicament.

Your Thought Is Your Prayer
 Speaking from an over-all standpoint, your every thought and feeling is your prayer. In a specific sense, prayer is conscious contact with the Infinite Intelligence within you. Effective prayer must be based upon the spiritual premise that there is a Supreme Intelligence within us that becomes the thing we desire, to the degree that we accept this as being true. Effective prayer is sustained, affirmative attitude of mind which results in conviction. Once your desire is completely accepted subconsciously, it works automatically as part of the Creative Law. The real test of whether or not you have reached a conviction is that your mind accepts the idea completely and cannot conceive of the opposite. You must believe what you want to believe, and when you do, you have really impressed your subconscious mind; then your subconscious mind will respond accordingly.

Your Subconscious Mind Has the "Know-How"
 There is an Infinite Intelligence operating in your subconscious mind which responds to your conscious mind's thinking and imagining. You must come to a definite decision in your conscious mind; you must decide what you want to know, and then trust the deeper mind to answer you. When you turn over your request to your subconscious mind, you should do so with the absolute the absolute conviction that it has the "know-how" of accomplishment and that it will respond to you according to the nature of your request.
 The Bible says, "Ask, and it shall be given you; and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opend uto you; For everyone that asketh receiveth : and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?" (Matthew 7:7-10)
 Here the Bible tells you that when you ask for bread, you will not get a stone, but rather the embodiment of your request. Keep on asking, seeking, and knocking until you receive a response from your subconscious mind whose nature is responsiveness. Become enthusiastic, and feel and know that there is a solution to every problem, a way out of every dilemma, and that there are no incurable conditions, for with God all things are possible.

The Four Steps to Praying Effectively
 The first step is complete allegiance, devotion, and loyalty to the only presence and the only power-God.The power is within you. It created your body, and It can heal it.
 Secondly, you must definitely, absolutely, and completely refuse to give power to any external thing or any other power but God. You give no power to the phenomenal world or to any person, place, or thing.
 The third step: Whatever the problem, difficulty, or sickness may be, turn away from the problem and affirm feeling and knowingly: "God is, and His healing presence flows through me now, healing, vitalizing, and energizing my whole being. God flows through me as the answer, as right action, and Divine freedom."
 The Fourth step is to give thanks for the happy solution. Rejoice and say, "Father, I thank Thee for the perfect answer, and I know it is God in action now. I have mentally touched the border of His garment, and I have pinpointed the whole reaction of the power and the presence of God. It is wonderful!"

The Power of Thought
 "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." Thought is the only creative power you know. You should think from the standpoint of God and the eternal verities and not from the standpoint of human opinion, false beliefs, and worlds propaganda.
 The truth about you is that God is seeking expression through you. You are an instrument of the Divine, and you should begin now to realize the power of your own thoughts, ideas, and mental pictures. Refuse to permit your mind to be cluttered up with false impressions and partial glimpses of the truths of God. If you want to ascend spiritually, you must cease once and for all to give power or conditions, circumstances, people, or to any external or created thing. The only power is God, and you are one with God when you think, "God is the only presence and the only power. My thoughts are God's thoughts, and God's power is with my thoughts of good."
 God is the Living Spirit within you which created you and is seeking to express as harmony, joy, and peace through you. There is no power inherent in the suggestion of another person whether clergyman, doctor, newspaper reporter, or what not. Suggestion of fear and importance will have no effect upon a man full of faith in God and all things good.
` The radio, television, and newspapers are constantly pouring forth suggestion of all kinds, both good and evil, but many people are not affected by them all. Likewise, you have the power to reject all negative and destructive suggestions, because your thought is the only creative power, and you can choose your thoughts.

Why You Cannot Be Brainwashed
 Give your attention, love, reverence, and devotion to the All-Originating Intelligence as the source of your health, happiness, security and peace of mind, and wonders will happen in your life. Cease being hypnotized and brainwashed by the fear, ignorance, and superstitions of the world. No one can hypnotize you without your mental participation. If you refuse to concentrate on what is said and instead feast on God and His illimitable power, you are free and cannot be brainwashed.
 That disease you speak of has no power. There is no principle of sickness. It is a false pattern of thought lodged in your subconscious, and it must pass away as you dwell on the wholeness, beauty, and perfection of God. A new cause is set in motion by your harmonious thinking which will produce a new effect, namely health.
 Keep calm and balanced. A nervous, neurotic person or a religious fanatic is highly suggestible. Truth is a paradox. You might insist that sitting by a fan caused you to have a stiff neck. This is a relative truth for you because you believe it. But the fan is harmless and has no power. The power is in your mind and spirit, and in your thought-life and belief. If it were a truth that a fan gave on e a stiff neck, all people would suffer accordingly. It is the subjective belief on the part of the individual that is the cause.

 The solution lies within the problem. The answer is in every question. If you are presented with a difficult situation and you cannot see your way clear, the best procedure is to assume that Infinite Intelligence which knows all and sees all has the answer and is revealing it now. "Sitting for Ideas"
 In his laboratory, he had what he called his "personal communication room." It was practically sound proof, and so arranged that all light could be shut out. It was equipped with a small table, on which he kept a pad of writing paper. In front of the table, on the wall, was an electric pushbutton which controlled the lights. When Dr. Gates desired to draw upon forces available to him through his creative imagination, he would go into his room, seat himself on the table, shut off the lights, and concentrate upon the known factors of the invention on which he was working, remaining in that position until ideas begin to "flash" into his mind in connection with the unknown factors of the invention.
 On occasion, ideas came through so fast that he was forced to write for almost three hours. When the thoughts stopped flowing and he examined his notes, he found they contained a minute description of principles which had not a parallel among the known data of the scientific world. Moreover, the answer to his problem was intelligently presented in those notes.
 Dr. Gates earned his living by "siting for ideas" for individuals and corporations. Some of the largest corporations in America paid him substantial fees, by the hour, for "sitting for ideas."
 The reasoning faculty is often faulty because it is largely guided by one's accumulated experience. Not all knowledge which one accumulates through experience is accurate. Ideas received through the creative faculty are much more reliable, for the reason that they come from sources more reliable than any which are available to the reasoning faculty of the mind.

The Mighty Experience of Love
 Love is, without question, life's greatest experience. It brings one into communication with Infinite Intelligence. When mixed with the emotions of romance and sex, it may lead one far up the ladder of creative effort. The emotions of love, sex and romance are sides of the eternal triangle of achievement building genius.
 When these two beautiful emotions are blended, marriage may bring about a state of mind closest to the spiritual that one may ever know on this earthly plane.
 When the emotion of romance is added to those of love and sex, the obstruction between the finite mind of man and Infinite Intelligence are removed. Then a genius has been born!

The Subconscious Mind
 The subconscious mind works day and night. Through a method of procedure unknown to man the subconscious mind draws upon the forces of Infinite Intelligence for the power with which it voluntarily transmutes one's desire into their physical equivalent, making use always of the most practical media by which this end may be accomplished.
 You cannot entirely control your subconscious mind, but you can voluntarily hand over to it any plan, desire, or purpose which you wish transformed into concrete form.

 For the present, it is sufficient if you remember that you are living daily in the midst of all manner of thought impulses which are reaching your subconscious mind without your knowledge. Some of these impulses are negative, some are positive.  If you are an observing person, you must have noticed that most people resort to prayer only after everything else has failed! Or else they pray by a ritual of meaningless words. And, because it is a fact that most people who pray do so only after everything else had failed, they go to prayer with their minds filled with fear and doubt, which are the emotions the subconscious mind acts upon and pass on the Infinite Intelligence. Likewise, that is the emotion which Infinite Intelligence receives and acts upon.
 If you pray for a thing but have fear as you pray that you may not receive it, or that your prayer will not be acted upon by Infinite Intelligence, your prayer will have been in vain.

Fear Is Only a State of Mind
 There are six basic fears, with some combination of which every human suffers at one time or another. Most people are fortunate if they do not suffer from the entire six. Named in the order of their most common appearance, they are:
    Poverty
    Criticism
    Ill health
    Lost love
    Old age
    Death.
 The first three are at the bottom of most of one's worries. All other fears are of minor importance; they can be grouped under six headings.
 Fears are nothing more than states of mind. One's state of mind is subject to control and direction.
 Man can create nothing which he does not first conceive in the form of an impulse of thought. Following this statement comes another of still greater importance, namely, man's thought impulses begin immediately to translate themselves into their physical equivalent, whether those thought are voluntary or involuntary. Thought impulses which are picked up by mere chance (thoughts which have been released by other minds) may determine one's financial, business, professional, or social destiny just as surely as do the thought impulses which one creates by intent and design.

 The first important law explains why we have complete control of our life and every event in it. It is called the Law of Thought. The law simply states: Whatever you think and believe, that is what you will experience. As you think you create. All that happens around you is the effect of your thinking. The quality of your life is entirely due to your thinking. Your thoughts create the things and events in your life.

Power of Negative Thought
 Often an unknown element can be a stumbling block to your success. Negative persons may be around you who with their negative thinking are either quietly or loudly negating everything that you are trying to do. A negative thought follows the same law as a positive one. Whatever a negative person thinks and believes will surely manifest in his/her world. Such thoughts can be powerful indeed. Therefore, one must ever be vigilant to guard against the negative thinking of others.
 Negative people in your personal life or in your work place do much to destroy the success of what you wish to accomplish. Such people in business are a burden to the operation, retarding both the progress and prosperity of the business. Speaking from experience, my advice is to run when you see them coming.
 Let me give you an actual case. In business the people are positive minded. Their vocabularies are devoid of such words as "if", "maybe", "perhaps" or "I'll try." As a result of their positive mental attitude, the business is doing well.
 There was a short period when our business began to falter, sales and profits began to drop off. We had hired a highly technical man who apparently knew little of the value of positive thinking. His negative thoughts had a devastating effect on almost everyone in the company and even extended to our customers. He was asked to leave. Shortly afterwards sales resumed their earlier upward spiral.

Visualization
 One of the most powerful tools you can use to speed up the process of achieving a desire is to visualize what you want as already being yours. The key to effective visualization is putting a great deal of feeling into it. Successful visualization is accomplished as follows:

(1) Believe that you have what you desire now, not in any future time. (If you place in the future what you want, that is where it will remain, in the future. Time does not exist.)
(2) Put into your belief strong feeling of love, joy, harmony, prosperity, great satisfaction or other positive emotion associated with the event.

(3) Concentrate on having what you desire. If you have done the first two steps correctly your concentration was perfect.

(4) Don't ask that your desire be fulfilled, expect it.

 Warning! Be careful not to think of a specific solution that you think would be best. You may get it and find that it isn't what you wanted. Think of solution, whatever it is, as giving you a great deal of satisfaction and joy, that all the conditions will be met to bring about the positive result desired. Let the superconscious Mind work out the details.

How Not to But a Car
 Let us first examine what not to do as illustrated by the following example. A man, desired a particular yellow Cadillac convertible. Knowing something about the power of his thoughts, he visualized himself buying it, being seated in it and driving it around town. Soon afterward to his delight he saw the identical Cadillac in a used car lot and bought it. It was not long before he discovered that the carburetor had to be rebuilt, a new muffler and tail pipe were needed and the starter and alternator had to be replaced.
 Finally, after the Cadillac mechanic had examined the knocking engine he turned to the owner and announced, "This car is a lemon, a yellow one!"
 The man's error was to visualize the details of the car and not the qualities he desired in a car. Qualities are in the feelings department.
 He should have visualized the Cadillac in this way: He sees himself driving this beautiful Cadillac, he knows he likes the bright yellow color, he is satisfied with the price he paid for it, he is pleased with the smoothness of the drive and he is aware that it is in perfect mechanical condition. He feels safe with the excellent tires it has and he knows it gives good gas mileage. He sees his friends admiring the exterior and interior of the car. He feels very comfortable and quite content with his good car. Note everything is in the present, all pertains to feelings or the subconscious subjective part of the mind. The only actual specification is the make and color of the car.
 Simply stated, when you have a desire, visualize the feelings that you have when that desire is satisfied. Keep your visualization in the present time. As an added bonus you will discover many plus features when your desire materializes, few of which could have been anticipated.

Place Your Order!
 All too often I meet salespersons or people in their own business who have little success. After conversing with them, I conclude that such people work hard and have all the attributes required for success. Should you fit into this category the first question I would ask you is, "Would you like more business?" Most likely your reply would be, "Yes!"
 Here is what you can do. Each morning upon arising, sit quietly in a place where you will not be disturbed. Visualize yourself that evening feeling good about all the wonderful things that happened to you that day. See your friends and family being very pleased with your accomplishments. You may wish to ham it up and see yourself jumping up and down with great joy. Do not specify what is to happen! After you have done this, forget it and let it happen to you. Forgetting may at first be difficult to do but it is very important in this process.
 Wonderful events will begin to happen to you. Usually there will be no sudden change. It will come gradually. Whatever it is that gives you a feeling of great pleasure starts to manifest in your life. If it is sales you desire, it will eventually pour down on you from every direction. If it is friendship, the person will appear. If it is information, within days it will be laid out before you.
 At first, you may experience little success in this meditation. When you persist, within a week there will be evidence that something is happening. Within a month you will be flying!
 As you increase your belief that this process is working for you, you will experience increasing success. At first you will be a novice in this procedure, but at each evidence of success your confidence will grow and you can expect even greater successes. Be patient. You will succeed. Law of Seed Money
 What appears to be the most guarded secret system of multiplying wealth is The law of Seed Money. It is the practice of giving to others part of all that is earned or accumulated. Men such as Julius Rosenwald, Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller all were aware of the Law of Seed Money and practiced it through their long and extremely prosperous lives. Not only did such men enrich the world by their giving but they knew how to claim the multiplied returns of their gifts.
 The Law of Seed Money is to give generous and unselfishly knowing that you will receive all that you need. It is not as simple as it may seem. The trick is to convince your subconscious mind that you give generously because you are wealthy now. Your subconscious then taps the Source which brings into your awareness the condition of wealth.
 This process is not to be confused with tithing. A tithe is a tax 10 percent of one's income given to maintain a religious institution. It is an obligation, not a gift.

If You Believe It, Prove It!
 About 10 years ago our business sales were off and there was little promise of sales increasing. I called my secretary, Betty Petrus, to my desk and announced. "We're going to give everybody a 6 percent raise."
 She was aghast and exclaimed, "You can't do that Mr. Maurey, you know our cash position is low and business is down!"
 When our superintendent, Leonor Ojeda, heard what I proposed to do she said, "There are not enough orders. I was about to recommend that we reduce the work week from 5 days to 4.    I simply can't keep the people busy."
 The comptroller, Tom Morris, was even more forceful in his resistance to my idea, "Don't you know, Mr. M., there is a recession out there? This is certainly not the time to give us raises!"
 To everyone I calmly replied, "We're going to give everybody a raise." And we did.
 The month after the raise, business came in from all parts of the country. Our executives were pleased and surprised with the excellent increase in sales. They thought it was coincidence. Not I.
 Eight months later sales started to falter. Time for another raise. Again there was the same resistance to my proposal. I turned to our superintendent, Leonor, and instructed, "Hire six more people; we will need them next month." Now everyone knew I had flipped!
 The following month we broke every record for sales in the 30 year history of the company! Since that time there has never been the slightest opposition to a proposed raise. Everyone knows what to expect.
 What was my thinking when I proposed the raises? I knew that if I could convince myself that the company was already prosperous and could well afford the raises, it would become prosperous. Neither time or economic conditions were factors; I held the thought that the company was prosperous now. Later I realize that the added money in each paycheck made the employees also a prosperous. That feelings contributed greatly to the prosperity of the company.
 The Law of Seed Money also works in reverse. An ex-convict complained to me that when was sent to prison someone broke into his apartment and relieved him of $6000 worth of tools. He wasn't pleased when I reminded him that during his late career he had held up a tavern to tune of $600!
 Now that we know that our desires can be fulfilled by a strong belief, let us examine another tool that can be most helpful to us. The tool is another law, the Law of Attraction, the subject of the following chapter.

The Law
 The Law of Attraction states that when you create a need, a source that has a corresponding desire to fulfill that need will become available to you. You have often experienced this law in a number of different ways. You have wanted something and that very thing shortly becomes available to you. You wanted to meet a particular person and soon afterward that person makes an appearance. You may call it coincidence. Not so. When you place in mind a thought which carries with it some kind of emotion, - the more feeling in it, the better - that thought orders your subconscious to produce the desired result. When the thought is released and forgotten, the subconscious goes to work. The source of all power and intelligence is contacted and shortly afterward you have your "coincidence".
 Mark Twain was noted for his economy of effort. When he became curious about the latest news of a distant friend, he would not write him to make inquiries. He simply knew that his friend would pick up his thoughts and would soon write to him. In a few days the expected letter would arrive!
 The Law may be stated in another way. Create a vacuum and it will be quickly filled. Caution must be used to avoid thinking about those things that you don't want. Your subconscious mind cannot judge whether something is good or bad for you. Give it power and it will go right ahead and produce it for you. In this sense, your individualized subconscious can be likened to a small child. Whatever you say, the child believes and acts upon it without using judgment.

Take a Chance and Win
 At times the Law of Attraction will not be obvious. There will be occasions when you cannot specifically predetermine what will be best for you. You are forced to make a choice. For example, you may entertain doubts about taking a course of study at an institution of learning. You are not sure that you will learn anything of value and you fear that it will be a waste of time and money. On the other hand there is a 50/50 chance that you will learn something of importance. What should you do? In truth, whatever decision that you make is the correct one. When you have confidence that the Law is working for your benefit, there is only opportunity for you. Let me illustrate.
 In 1973, my daughter, Carol, said, "Dad, there is a course called Silva Mind Control which I think you would like. Why don't you look into it?" Knowing that I was being led in the right direction, I took the course. Over the years it has resulted in enormous benefits for me. It has brought me health, wealth and happiness.

Negative Encounters
 The brainwashing that goes on in advertising, especially in Television, can be pure scam. Take the product where the miserable creature is suffering from a headache. He takes the chemical compound and almost immediately he is smiling without pain. He should be looking instead for the cause of the headache, perhaps taking a few minutes off to relieve stress by relaxing and deep breathing.

Can You Keep a Secret?
 The next law to be discussed can cause you a lot of trouble when you don't understand it. It is called the Law of Communication. It simply means that everything you think of and do becomes public property in the Subconscious or Universal Mind. When you have solved a problem and come up with an original idea, that idea may be picked up anywhere in the world by someone seeking an answer to a similar problem. This process is analogous to data being fed into a computer and being accessed by unknown persons. You may ask the question then, "Was it my idea in the first place?"
 Because of this inexhaustible pipeline of information, the airplane was simultaneously invented in the United States, Russia and France. Almost to the day, the inventors in each country flew their first airplane, completely unaware of the others.
 Charles Darwin was not the first to conceive the theory accredited to him, the Theory of Evolution. Another man had the same idea before he did. But the two men did not know each other. Just recently it was brought out (U & 1c, a type designers publication) that Johann Gutenburg did not invent the printing press. He did invent many things relating to printing, but not the press. And he did not know the man who did.

Never Tell a Rat a Secret!
 The scientific community is now on the threshold of proving the Law of Communication. In experiments performed by Dr. W. Shelldrake in which he taught rats to go through a test maze, he found it took the rats a given length of instruction time to learn to travel through the maze. Succeeding generations of rats took a shorter time to learn the same task. What was not anticipated, however, was that rats in another part of the world, in no way linked to Shelldrake's rats, would also exhibit this same shortened interval of time on an identical test maze.

Capitalize On Your Ideas!
 When you have what you think is an original idea, do niot discuss it with just anyone. Look to the Law of Communication to attract all that you will need to bring your idea to fulfillment. For example, if you have invented a useful gadget, yet need additional information and guidance to finance it,to manufacture it and market it, lean on this law to supply the answers. Ideas and interested persons will be drawn to you. Don not discuss all problems of your project with these people, but only those parts which specifically pertain to their specialty. You must look for a positive response from each contributor, avoiding areas which do not concern them. Their inability to understand all the parts of your project can cause doubt, resulting in negative thinking. Remember, the negative thoughts of others can produce results also.
 Did you ever have a good idea which went down the drain? How did this happen? A good bet is that you enthusiastically talked about it to anyone who would listen. You spoke to that sympathetic friend who nodded his head in agreement with your idea but thought, "Too bad he doesn't know all the technical problems he's getting into." You spoke to another acquaintance and he highly questioned your ability to get the project financed. You spoke to your wife about your great idea which would certainly make you both rich. She thought, "Just another one of his brainstorms!" Three strikes and you are out. And you didn't even know it. A year later you see your product in a full page ad by a company you never heard of.
 The next time you get a good idea keep your mouth shut.

Harmony, The Law of Love
 One of the seemingly miraculous laws is the Law of Harmony. Simply stated: Harmonious thought will create a corresponding harmonious condition in any given situation.
 There is creative good in everything. No matter what the circumstances may appear to be, only good can come into being when this law is applied. Let me illustrate how the Law works.

Love, The Shield
 Harmony can be created for others by the projection of your thoughts. I have had much success in bringing about reconciliations between individuals. Most I had never met and were thousand of miles from me. To create harmony in a person's life, I use the following affirmation:
 "I visualize you in a circle of your friends, family, relatives and close associates. There is joy and gladness in your hearts; smiles on your faces. There is a deep understanding of each other. Each feels love, trust, and respect and forgiveness for the others. There is an all prevailing feeling of harmony within this wonderful group of people. All are thankful and grateful."
